BMW FINANCE SUCKS

I purchased a bmw 120i. via BMW finance. I have tried for almost 3 weeks to change the debit order bank account to a different account. I have sent the documents 5 times via email and received an email receipt report. The problem being is that not one person has called me or emailed me to inform me that the accounts were updated. Danille Vos asked for further documents which I sent her 5 times and I have not heard from her.<br> <br> The service sucks and is shocking.<br> <br>
