BMW Finance house - lost NATIS documentation

This is an estate of the late Mr JJ Visser<br> I have tried from June 4th, to obtain the original NATIS paperwork from BMW finance on a brand new X6 which, apparently is missing. In the meantime my new finance on 2 other BMW motor vehicles have been approved but the deal can not take place since BMW Finance house has lost the NATIS paperwork. promises has been made for the paperwork to be delivered June 17. Its nearly a month???<br> This is a new X6 - 2015 Model, which I was told to settle, refinance or to be collected and auctioned.<br> I did my part but apparently a finance house can loose a NATIS document?
