BMW FINANCE frustrating SERVICE

I have been in a battle for 3 years now for I vehicle I never even sat in, yet BMW finance, despite proof of ***** from the dealership SMG Century city, refuses to be accountable. they have a vehicle with 19km on the odometer and say they not sure if the client took delivery, even though I had been to their offices 4 times in Midrand to say I'm not taking the car in Dec 2019. I have been listed as bad payer and couldn't get any accounts, etc. The truth will come out, but as a consumer against Goliath, be prepared to be frustrated. anyone with similar experience or need support email me ***
