BMW FINANCE - deal with these bullies at your own peril …. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! N

I recently bought a new car and financed it through BMW financial services , at the end of the first month the debit order didn’t go off my account and I was contacted by Blake and ass , a legal firm contracted to BMW financial services , who demanded payment

It turned out that the bank BMW financial services had loaded my bank details incorrectly , I asked that they send me an e-mail confirming that it was not my fault and that my credit rating would not be affected.

I received a generic email with no apology nor acceptance that it was their fault !!!!!!

Month 2 and these idiots from BMW called again as they had not corrected the debit order , and it had again failed to deduct off my account

I now contacted a manager at Blake and ass as well as bmw but they all pass the buck and don’t take responsibility

All the time BMW financial services are damaging my credit score and they just don’t care

The reality is the staff at BMW and Blake’s probably can’t afford a BMW and will never know the frustration of dealing with idiots

My advice DO NOT DEAL WITH BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES!!!!!!!
