BMW FINANCE CANNOT ASSIST CLIENTS WITH RELIEF IN COVID

So BMW Finance is the worst in assisting their clients during this Covid/Pandemic times. I lost my job and asked for some assistance, however they cannot assist. I was in arrears, with my vehicle and they gave me such a hard time to pay back every cent, they wanted to up, collect my vehicle. however managed to borrow money here and there and took out the last savings we had to settle the arrears. Well now after all arrears are paid I requested some sort of relief, guess what in order for them to assist they will increase you installments after your relief period is over, How cruel is that and we all the whole country is facing financial difficulties. It seems like they the only institution that will not assist. The banks are also offering some relief to their clients. What is wrong with this people, I guess the still have good jobs, well one day things can change for them and I am sure when they in this difficult situation there is no way out for them. I read some peoples reviews and I see I am not the only one... Stop your unkind ways BMW Finance and assist your clients.
