BMW Finacial Services won't release my papers

Shocking experience from BMW financial services.

My car term has come to an end and fully paid up. I have paid every payment via debit order over the six years. Last payment was on 1 December. 15th of December I get slapped with a nasty lawyer letter saying that I am late with the final payment. How is that possible with a debit order?

The late payment department has agreed that there is a system error and I don't owe anything. The car registration department won't release my documents until the account shows a nil balance. A balance that is showing because someone stuffed up internally. I have been copied on emails to the IT department. No response. I have mailed partners. No response. Each time I phone who ever I speak to promises to phone me back, I have not received one call yet.

Please! I want my car papers you guys!!
