BMW Care and Costmetics is not worth it

I recently claimed for a small dent that I have on my BMW. BMW care and cosmetics have not contacted me once to give me any outcome, I have constantly been phoning them, only to receive, we will get back to you. I only found out 2 days later than the time the info was available that the max cover is R3k. Practically BMW repairs are expensive, don't waste your time, R3k will not cover much. The service is bad, so it is not worth it, rather claim through your normal insurance and don't waste your money and time!
