Bad customer experience

Please do not finance any vehicles with BMW Financial services. All goes well until you fall in arrears with the installments due to loss of job. I have 3 vehicles financed with them which I mixed payment reference numbers accidentally. They just refuse to correct that. Rather use the normal banks' finance. It higher interest but at least they know what they're doing when things get tough and will stand by you. Poor on BMW Finance if you ask me :-(
