I cannot believe that the staff of bmw financial services .... Can talk to clients like they want to then write a letter ofter wards to say they never said so ...But they do it for a reason ....Because a staff member said pl pay your vehicle because the staff of bmw make money out of your loss .....so sad hoe you you sleep at night ...Then the ceo of bmw financial services allow that to happen because you can not trust a word he says ...so sad so please guys out there think twice to deal with them
