Good service, happy client

I would like to really share the excellent service I have received from BMW East Rand. My car is no longer on motor plan and when booking my vehicle in I spoke to a gentleman called Collin, I advised him that my car couldn't start so it would be a mission to get it to the dealership, He took the liberty and arranged for a towing company to call me to arrange for towing at my costs of course but I appreciated the convenience of just receiving a phone a few mins after speaking to him.

I was then advised that my service advisor was Karishna, and from the time my vehicle was received by BMW until all my repairs were done, this friendly lady has been so involved in keeping me in the loop with the progress as there was a delay in receiving the parts and the work was quite extensive it took longer than anticipated.

I would definitely recommend this BMW to anyone and I will continue to choose them as my provider of choice.
