I have been trying to renew a package on my BMW for 4 months now, have tried 2 dealerships had 2 dealer principles call, beg and try their best to get someone to help, to no avail, cannot pay for the package and no one comes back to you ever, been a loyal BMW customer will i be in the future no! you put technology in a car back it up with the service, BMW Connected Drive staff you suck ...
