Poor build quality and after sales service

I have purchased a 3 series from clear water BMW and my experience is that the car is very unreliable broke down twice already in a short period of time and the vehicle has been serviced to date. The only posive was my experience the service department does a sterling job especially the service manager really customer pleasing gentleman....., however the saleman on the floor only very helpful on the day of the sale and after the sale was finalized my experience turned very negative due to the poor performance and sales serive and the saleman now has no time to assist me with any issues and problems were experienced there afterwards, the rudeness of the saleman, spare keys missing took months to resolve, and vehicle breakdowns where I was left stranded for hours and other promises that were not fulfilled. My overall experience with his manager and his department was also not good when I escalated to his line manager he also has not left me with a good customer experience which leads me to believe they really do not care about customer service on the sales floor only. I have failed within the dealership and now I want to share this experience with other customers please be careful when buying a vehicle from that sales floor.
