Bad attitude and empty promises

To whom it may concern

Your BMW Motorrad department will never again have my business, I have to date bought 3 brand new bikes from your dealership. However when I came back to sell one to you (F800GSA) I was first promised R110 000. Depending on seeing the condition of the bike.

However when I got there the sales woman wanted to confirm with the manager (whom she asked over the phone for the value). Firstly the rude guy did not even stand nor greet me when we walked to his desk, also he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have a trade in book with him at the time (he was to lazy to go fetch one). I asked then for a value and he told me he would have to take it at a *****.

After this I again asked for a value trying to figure what ball park and he told me he actually did not want the bike. At this point I turned around and left

I do believe that you owe me an apology as this is not the type of service I am used to or expect, also after buying three bikes from you I do believe I deserve better service than this!

I have since forth sold the bike for less than you promised me and do feel wrongly done!
