Unsatisfied client and terrible customer service

When I first wanted to buy the vehicle I saw online,phoned the sales consultant and then I went to view the vehicle the following day but to my surprise the car was sold to another person.Then I said I want to have a look at another vehicle only to find that I am now have finance documents for the vehicle and mind you I haven't seen or inspected the vehicle. The Finance lady Chante made me sign the finance documents since the sales lady was not available and after signing the finance documents then only does the sales person bring the OTP.This dealership are full of ****** no wonder BMW South Africa changed their name to JSN.I will recommend to never use this dealership again.I will never want to purchase another vehicle here.The service is pathetic and the after sales customer service is putrid. The finance lady is just there to make money and they are busy doing alot of ****. The worst service ever. Don't purchase any vehicles there ever. Pieces of ****.
