Service Department

I am sooo frustrated with servive from Best Auto Rustenburg, I took my car in for service on the 1st April 2016 intending to travel after work to the funeral, only to find out they damaged something inside the engine, I had to rent a car for 3 days to be able to attend funeral. I tried calling them to at least loan me a car to no avail. evn today am still waiting for my car. the attitude is bad as well. Please help and I need my costs to rent the car
