RUSTENBURG FILTHY SERVICE AND COSTLY MISTAKES...

So my lil brother had a rim crack on his F30 Bmw 320i M when i was with him, front right rim was cracked...went to bmw Rustenburg and they changed it but fitted the rear rim instead of the front rim....the tyre was not straight n they told him to change the shocks and steering knuckles...we complained several times because of the space between the shock and tyre and finally after a lot of money was spent they accepted that they made a mistake with the rim...but by then he had fitted the second tyre on the bigger mistaken rim..as we speak the second tyre fitted just cracked and they dont seem to see the cost of their mistake...oh we later realized the shock n knuckle were not damaged but it was their mistake of the rim....i am so dissapoited on Bmw Rustenburg and their service...Johan Fouche is so calm about his mistake and not concerned about the cost of his mistake...
