BMW BEST AUTO FRAUSTERS

over a month ago we have purchased a range rover cash until date we are given the run around from Hennie, Alwyn regarding the natis for this vehicle. we have been **** that the natis is in for dealerstocking as per email from Hennie he then gives us a fed ex tracking number how ever there has been no natis given to them to deliver to us. they ignore our calls. the natis is still at mfc how does a dealership sell a vehicle that is still bank financed this is *****. The dealer principle does not even respond to any of this. Is this the service we are given totally pathetic
