WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE

My car had overheating issues. after taking my vehicle to the dealer on 3 occasions do you think the "so called professionals" could find the problem? no not at all.. they even replaced my water pump and while on the road fault appeared again and drove it straight to BMW(auto Bavaria) when they then told me my engine needs replacement. after I asked them why haven't they done a full inspection the first time around i.e head check etc. They did not take ANY responsibility what so ever and stripped my car and threw all my parts in my boot for me to tow vehicle away. they couldn't even give my motor plan a clear indication as to why/reason vehicle overheated. I don't know what technical team BMW auto Bavaria implemented at the dealer but needs serious attention.
