Stay away from BMW Auto Bavaria Midrand; Their after sale service is ridiculously BAD!!!

What a ridiculous service I am currently getting from BMW Autobavaria in Midrand. I purchased my chev Spark on the 19th of December 2017 from BMW. The car requires engine replacement due to mechanical failure.The repairer (William hunt Midrand) is refusing to fix it even though it is still under warranty due to the fact that it was not serviced on time.

I bought the car on a 76000 km and BMW sold it to me without servicing it when, in fact, it was was already 1000 km overdue.They did not even bother to tell me that it has missed a service.

William Hunt warranty Midrand says they would replace the engine had it not missed the service. They've also given BMW the quote to replace the engine but BMW is doing absolutely nothing.

Please guys, stay way from BMW Autobaria Midrand; their after sales service is ridiculous bad!
