Shocked by the service!

I've always used BMW Auto Bavaria or Auto Alpina whenever I had issues with my car, and they've always been efficient with assisting me.<br> BUT THIS TIME AROUND I'M DISAPPOINTED AND MY ANGER JUST GOES BEYOND WORDS!!!!<br> <br> I called in to book in my car last week Thursday for service and repairs. Booking was made for Tuesday, 14 July 2015. My car came in around 07h30am into the dealership and I had to call keep calling back to get a service advisor! 7 HOURS LATER I was allocated a service advisor so I can explain the issues I'm having with my car. They told me that they'll call me back and nothing ALL DAY!!!!<br> 24 HOURS LATER, I only get a call and it's not even to give me a quote! THEY'RE STILL RUNNING DIAGNOSTICS ON THE CAR!!!!! REALLY??? So basically all of yesterday nothing was done EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT IN???<br> <br> This kind if service is just shocking to me as I've never experienced issues with the service up until now!
