Service out of the ordinary

Last week my engagement ring fell into one of the slots of the cup holder in the car, into the electrics and wires of the car. Took it to the Midrand BMW, and presented this very unconventional request. The staff, especially the technical and mechanical staff , took it upon themselves to assist helping look for my ring and making sure they searched all areas until they found it. Am super, super grateful and would like to commend all the mechanical staff that assisted. I am clearly sold onto the BMW brand
