Repairs on car in progress since 27/02/2017

On the 27th of Feb I took my BMW for a normal service and mentioned there is a noise when driving. The same day I got my car back stating that they "fixed" the noise.
On the 9th of March I took the car back with the same noise, BMW worked on the vehicle for 2 days and again said the problem is now fixed.
On the 28th of Mar I took the car back again, and this time BMW kept the car until the 26th of Apr (almost a full month). The problem was not fixed they just needed the courtesy vehicle back.

On 8 May I took the car back again with the same problem and the car is still with the dealership apparently being tested by BMW SA.

During this time Niel, Paul and Siteesh took a drive with my wife and all three said that there is definitely something wrong and that "this is not what sheer driving pleasure should sound or be like".

So in nearly 3 months BMW could not fix the problem. Customers pay a premium to drive a BMW and expect next level service, our experience this far is quite the opposite. I asked Paul (a manager) if he would take back this car, after its been in the "shop" for more than a month and the problem is still not fixed, he could not give me a straight answer, that's because no-one would want the car back if you were in this situation. We requested trade in proposals, but it seems as if BMW want to make money from a manufacturing mistake.

BMW should not try to turn a profit when the problem is on one of their "new" cars and the client is forced to trade in their car.
