policy not being adhered to

Hi.<br> <br> I took my car to be fixed. I was told that my car would be ready by today, 09 July. <br> <br> During the day I received a call from Colin, whom I think is the agent assigned to my case. Colin told me that the car was not ready as they had ordered parts. <br> <br> According to BMW policy, a courtesy car was supposed to be arranged for me since they were waiting for parts. I need my car to be fixed and released on Friday, 10 July or a courtesy car to be issued. <br> <br> BMW Auto Bavaria's service is getting worse. This is *********.
