PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BMW AUTOBAVARIA MIDRAND

My vehicle had gone into BMW Autobavaria Midrand on the 3 March as I experienced a terrible vibration and noise coming from the engine as well as an overheating signal. When booking the vehicle in, I explained the problem to the person who assisted me. The feedback I received was that it was the waterpump, thermostat and radiator had to be replaced and that other parts had to be ordered from Germany. I had to constantly phone in to find out how far the work was and it took an entire month before I received the vehicle. I also mentioned to the consultant that I required the vehicle for holiday travel over the Easter weekend and it seemed as this had gone unnoticed. On receipt of a call last week Thursday at 2:50pm, I was told that the vehicle was ready and that I would have to collect it at 3:45pm due to the fact that the offices were closing early as a result of the long weekend. It was a rush having to get to the Autobavaria offices in Midrand being as I am based in Jhb cbd and not being mobile. I eventually collected the vehicle and as I drove away, I activated the aircon system and the same sounds and vibration I initially brought the vehicle in for had come back to haunt me. This time even worse. I was (and still) livid at the fact that I have been stranded for a month without my vehicle and this problem has become worse. I was able to drive the vehicle back to Autobavaria Midrand and was lucky enough to get the consultant who assisted me get into the vehicle to experience the problem at hand and she was extremely surprised and shocked at the terrible noise and vibrations. In addition to this I noticed that my front bumper was not stable at all when closing the bonnet as well as the hinge holding one of my front headlamps was cracked causing the lamp to swivel when closing the bonnet. I have so many questions in my mind as to wether work was actually done on my vehicle????? The consultant said that she would need to book the vehicle in again on Tuesday when the offices open up as there was nothing she could do at the time. This has caused a major inconvenience to myself as I could not go on the trip I had planned for the long weekend. I am extremely unhappy about this and need this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency as I will not be waiting another month. Failing to do so, I will have no option to take this matter to all forms of media. I need BMW to step up in this regard in order for my faith in them as a "Sheer Driving Pleasure" client to be restored.
