Horrible Horrible inconsiderate service
I went into BMW around 27 Jan 2015 to compare what I'd get for trading in my Audi and get an X1 BMW.I had been to Audi and the offer I got there was good but I thought I should compare with other brands prior making a decision. After chatting to sales (Tshepiso Rahlaga) I was sent an email on 30 Jan 2015 with an X1 proposal.I was happy with an X1 proposal and decided to go for an X1 as oppose to another Audi.Iam told that I will get the X1 on first week of Feb2015 and will trade in the Audi with BMW then. They then showed me the settlement letter which they got from my then current financer (Wesbank/Audi) which they were planning to settle with Westbnk and the settlement amount there included the month of February instalment as I was paying on 1st of every month fr old car (to Wesbank). The sales guy conveniently left out to tell me they will not pay the 1st of February instalment and told me that after everything was singed and agreed apon.I feel this is ridiculous and so self centred as I should have been made aware sooner of the fact that BMW will not include the February instalment when settling the old car.Have had good credit record for years of and that is to change bcz ofBMW
