DEFECTS ON THE MINI CONTRYMAN

Dictionary description for DEFECT(a physical problem that causes something to be less valuable, effective, healthy, etc.)<br> I PURCHASED A MINI COUNTRYMAN WITH DEFECTS at AUTO BAVARIA in October 2014,I reported the defects within 24 hours but to date my issue is not resolved.They attempted to fix the car three times but failed to get it right,in fact made it worse.They therefore wanted to replace the car by offering me expensive car where i was suppose to pay the difference from my own pocket.Because i could not accept to pay more,the other option on the table was to buy back my trade in car.They want to sell my trade in car back to me with extra R10 000.WHO DOES THAT!!!<br> CPA clearly states that ,repairs/replacements should not be at any penalties.Why are they giving me penalties.I bought that car because i liked it,now i am faced with an inconvenience.<br> These is very bad service and a disgrace to the brand.<br> It is three months now paying for this car and still I am going back and forth trying to get the matter resolved.<br> They just wouldn't be bothered with my situation.How i regret ever dealing with AUTO Bavarian,they LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.
