BMW Poor Package

They don't stick to their promises. Waiting for parts forever while car is in their possession. BMW SA seem to carry very little stock in the country and customers need to wait for parts to arrive from overseas. In my case, they don't have one exterior mirror in stock (which, by the way, just fell-off - in my opinion a material fault but BMW Motorplan classifies exterior mirrors as "trim"!). Therefore, customer has to pay for it - R10,000.00. On top of that, it is impossible to get a courtesy car from them. As per their information, there is a long waiting list for "mobility vehicles" (why then call them "mobility"?). Bad service, poor product quality but premium pricing for their cars. This package does not work for me. Never ever BMW again.
