BMW Midrand is useless!!!

POOR service received from Midrand bmw parts sales. I was referred to Simon in sales who could not use the system even after i gave him my registration details, he just kept quite and after 5 minutes I advised that it would be better for me to leave my number while he figures the system out. He reluctantly took down my contact details, and has obviously never phoned back to quote me on the part requested.
