BIG BMW DEALERSHIP DISHONEST AND UNPROFRSSIONAL

on wednesday we saw a add on the Internet for a ford fiesta st,we phoned about the car and Kashen told us that everything is correct as on the add ,we need just to send the documents for finance and then we could buy the car .Thursday we send the documents true and they did the application ,got bank approval around one and the financing guy phoned to give us the monthly instalment en interest rate ,Kashen phoned to tell we can get contact and collect the car on Friday (today 2015/01/30).this morning when we phoned to arrange a time ,the sales guy now not so full of promises told us on the day of delivery that the car was actually sold to n guy with not finance yet ,just a deposit for the car ,and now wanted to push us in a mini that we did not apply for ,as a big BMW dealer one would not expect such pranging or spamming ,false advertising and sales staff ,me as a BMW owner would never go to this dealership ever ,i hope they don't ever sell a other car with there with this dishonest staff
