Accident Vehicle Sold as a Demo

I purchased a demo vehicle from that was involved in an accident from AutoBavaria Midrand. There was no record of the accident on the motorplan or the diagnostic and quality check report, the completely by passed all records of the damages on the car. I raised a few concerns when I test drove the car and was assured nothing was wrong with the car. I purchased the car just over a month ago and decided to ask the same questions again in writing, was the vehicle involved in an accident ?, minor or major, irrespective. Only to be told 2 days later yes. Shocked beyond belief I am still trying to obtain a resolve to my satisfaction but the ethical behaviour of such a large dealership is now questionable. Lucky for me the finance house jumped on board and are unimpressed by the non disclosure and the ethical behaviour of the dealership and have assured me they will get to the bottom of this. Aside from buying a brand new vehicle with zero mileage, as I do not trust this dealership any longer I would like to caution prospective and current buyers to be weary.
