Utterly disgusted by Don, the technician from BMW Auto Glen

Utterly disgusted by Don, an *********** technician at BMW Auto Glen. I noticed that my front car windows were getting jammed a little when I roll them up. Secondly, when I switch on my car and the lights, I get an error message that says "beam light failure". Thirdly, I have been experiencing intermittent issues when I attempt to get my car into reverse mode. I took my car in yesterday morning. The technician told me in the afternoon that at face value, there is nothing wrong with my car. He then asks me how I reverse my car and he then says I do not reverse correctly. I reminded him I have been reversing cars for more than 10 years so surely I know how to reverse a car. He then says he needs to do a diagnosis and I ask him why he is only doing it at 2.30 PM when I dropped off the car in the morning. Eventually he calls he back and he says there is a problem indeed but my car would need to stay overnight., and he would in fact need to keep my car until next Tuesday. I demanded my car back and I told the service technician I will bring it back when I have money since he demanded 3000 for car hire. Next time, I will simply buy a Mercedes. He wrote a snotty report, obviously using the BMW brand to bully me. The report reads "customer taking car before any repair done. customer to take full responsibility if any engine or gear box damage occurs" and he highlighted this nasty note with a blue highlighter, this coming from someone who repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong with my car because he was too lazy to do a diagnosis. Yesterday, a colleague advised me to revert to servicing my car at Sandton Auto like I used to. She said BMW Auto Glen is notorious for BAD service.
