Thumbsucked Pricing

<p>I went to BMW auto glen last year in November to service my vehicle including a job cart to fix my stop and go functionality. I was then told that rats damaged my cables and i have to pay 2500 to fix it. I just sent my vehicle again for servicing and i was quoted an amount of R9451.08 by Debbie Schepers. Reason being there is additional damage. It doesn’t take a blind person to see that there is no difference between the previous damage an current damage. I then called customer care and spoke to Nkuthula Khanyile, who doesn’t have any customer service experience y(Please provide customer experience training to her). The poor lady just made an assumption out of nowhere and concluded on the matter based on her incompetency. It is clear that the quote given to me last time was not thought off and they are probably trying to fix their error. BMW Auto Glen are ******* because they can rob you in daylight without even feeling ashamed</p>
