Theft , bad service and bad attitude

I had 2 warning lights in my car , took my car in to be checked. Francois decided that we should do the service i didnt mind, however before i left and after signing those papers of that i have removed my belonging i realised that i forgot my watch in there. I told one od the employees i was dealing with there. Later on went to go collect my car , my watch was ****** and yeah to top it all up i drove out with one of the warning lights which were there before i took my car in. Makes me to even wonder if anything was done at all. I contacted the dealership spoke to Sergio with regards to these 2 queries of mine and he said that there nothing that he can do and that all of this is my fault. What kind of a manager says such to a customer and Francois person was pretty useless as well. I then contacted BMW SA but they also couldnt do much. So our stuff gets stollen cars dont get fixed properly and we get bad attitudes while paying anlot of money... Never ever will i go back to that place ... Sergio thinks he runs the world nxaaa !!! Some managerial skills he has !!!!
