Pathetic Customer Service!

I've always supported the auto glen branch, had all my services etc done here... however the service received from them in the past 3 weeks has been absolutely pathetic. 1 Tow, 2 visits to them and R9k down... & now lastnight another tow and i will have to go back there this saturday too! Oh and apparently only motorplan customers receive courteousy cars! Well maybe you shouldn't charge us non- motorplan people such high prices with such pathetic service! Frustrated & upset is and understatement as to how I feel right now! Best take it up with BMW SA then!!!
