Lack of ethics

They make you sign that they will not be held liable if anything gets missing from your car. Now i see why! To cover up for the ******* they know they have working there. My USB was ****** from my car (it was plugged in). I was told that the manager will call me, its been 2 weeks! My dad called, they told him that the manager is on a course and their liaison officer will call me but nothing. Its not so much about the USB but its about morals and ethics. There was also a CD in my car, why didnt they take that too!

Also, i got there before 7am and i waited for 1 and a half hours for their drivers to come and take me.
