Feel ripped of

<p>We purchased a bmw at Auto glen in Feb this year... the sales guy was Toni. He was pleasant very friendly all what you needed from a sales guy however I feel it was a huge tactic to rip us off.. we bought a bmw and a month later it fell out of the motorplan we were informed the motor plan was ending but had no idea the impact it would have in the price of the vehicle which decreased by 40 per cent... I am appalled that bmw did not advice us that this would largely impact us in future in terms of trade in and price... and they sold us on a car knowing the value was much less..... ript off and ****ed.
