Disgusting Service

I am most disgusted with the service I received at BMW Auto Glen. Firstly the switchboard staff are exceptionally rude and never get the service consultants to call you back. Last week I took my car in for its first service. I was told to take out all valuable items which I did, assuming that what belonged in the car like the tyre changing kit needed to stay. Only to find out that it was ****** out of my car. I am most disappointed that BMW says it was my responsibility to take that out. I even contacted head office who said its my problem and I should buy a new kit. I would advise people not to trust a dealership where items belonging to the car can be ******.
