Disgusting service

So I booked my car in for a service Asked for an estimate and I was told around R4800.00.

I took the car in when I dropped it off was told soon the car will be due for breakfluid, told them to do then, I was again told the car was due for rear breaks in July told them it's fine will do it then

Window washer had a problem asked to check it, I guess that I where everything went sideways.

I recieved a quote including the window washer and service the total came to R9096.04 incl VAT

I asked them to send me a quote upon further probing and questioning The service advisor calls to say, we have been charged for filters that do not belong to our car, R1944.45

And being charged a diagnosis fee of R1025.00 this is for them checking the window washer, I ask if I'm saying fix the part or replace it why are you charging for checking it, labour to sort it and the part itself

After much deliberation and probing the took out The R60-00 car wash, which I asked them not to wash my car

R1020.00 diagnosis fee

R1944.45 for the wrong filters

I asked them no to wash my car, which the did, with my window sock on the car , took off the window sock while wet and left them in the car, the removed the valcro that secures the window socks from the car

They did not adjust my handbreak

They damaged my mirror adjustment switch, the mirror now adjusts to the left whilst driving

Damaged my telephone button on the middle selector

Spike to the service advisor, He told me to bring the car in, which I did

I later called him and he told me that All the damages that happened on my vehicle whilst it was under thier car they will not be liable for them and this is according to his manager,

So my feel is that Auto Glen damages cars and do not take responsibility, now I have to pay more money to fix a problem that I did not cause,

Truly disappointed first they tried to rob me then when that did not work they damage my car so that they can get more money out of me,
