BMW Auto glen demanded that I immediately hand over R 3000 for a loan car
Yesterday, BMW auto glen wanted to keep my car until next Tuesday but the catch was: in order for them to give me a loan car, I have to give them 3000 upfront. Mind you this was only communicated to me in the afternoon. I asked the service advisor who asked me for R 3000 if he has that kind of money lying around and he said certainly not. I used to drive a Mercedes and I remember whenever they needed to keep a customer's car over night, they would give one a loan car without demanding 3000 rands. Such shocking service from BMW auto glen. I asked for my car back since I did not have the money demanded and said I will bring the car back when I manage to raise the money. Low and behold, the lazy technician Don, wrote an extremely unprofessional report about how I asked for my car back and if something happens to the car then I have to take full responsibility. This, coming from someone who initially said there is nothing wrong with my car. I am beginning to wonder if Don did not sabotage my car because no one in their right mind would write that kind of message. Perhaps I should pay the SAPS a visit and open a case.
