Worst worst customer service ever. I've never received such bad service from a BMW dealership ever. This one just took the cake. Last week Friday I called in to book my car in for a service. I was told to hold because the lady that does the booking was busy on another call. I waited for several minutes until I hang up. I called again and a lady by the name of Ntombi Ngwenya promised me that I would get a call back before the end of business. And still there's nothing!!!!! Totally disgusting
