You Guys do not deserve a single star, you deserve -00000. I brought in my car and you guys gave it back to me with the for worse condition when i brought it in. A burst pipe, was fixed and now my car is shaking and having warning errors that i have never seen because of you.

Your manager cant even call me back for two days that he has promised me. You even stole money from me. You replace the parts but you did not give me the old parts and the same parts you claimed you replaced were replaced by a different BMW dealer, so one of you guys is *****ing from customer. i bet i am not the only one.
