Bad Service from BMW Cedar Isle and Auto Glen

Ever since my car went for service at BMW Cedar Isle , the car has had to be taken back for a miscellaneous of issues. The last incident the car had to be towed from my house to Auto Glen. The guys there to communicate, no calls returned. As it is now, I am still in the dark about the status of the car and nobody call nor return my call.

I have had to use Uber more than 10 days as I could get a loan car.

Completely bad service.
