BMW Cape Town City - *****

I traded-in my vehicle in November 2019 with this dealership. The following year, i received 2 fines in CapeTown for the vehicle not having valid registration. The dealership sold the vehicle on and DID NOT change the registration to the new owner. I brough this to the attention of the dealership and they have taken over a year and still did not pay one of the fines. I had to settle the fine as i was renewing my drivers license card earlier this year. The dealership has to date REFUSED to refund me for the fine. I've has to pay due to their ********** behaviour. BMW-SA intervened but still no resolution. Customers should be careful when dealing with this dealership.
