********* sales tactics

I would like to lay a complaint against Keegan Matthews, the sales person at BMW Auric, Claremont. I purchased a BMW E90 320D Sedan with the specific condition that the purchase comes with an extended motor plan which expires April 2016. All documentation with BMW was signed on Saturday, the 11th April 2015 of which we did not receive copies of and was told that all documentation will be emailed to us. <br> Only to find out today that the car purchased with BMW motor plan expired on the 22nd April 2015. I have requested all documentation of the sale and only the first page was returned to me and this document is dated the 08th April 2015. I would not have expected this type of ********* behaviour from a brand like BMW, this stoops to a while new low.
