highly disappointed

It was my third visit to bmw sandton today...I have being going there to pick up bits and pieces for my recently purchase Bmw which I bought about 3 weeks ago from auric auto capetown,the vehicle was delivered at bmw sandton...my new plates arrived and went to collect them,once collected I was told that my licence disc.Was not there as the vehicle did not go for roadworthy or have its PDI done..and I.must do the roadworthy my self .this is really horrific as you would think buying a half a million rand vehicle all would be checked and done...I would like Bmw to sort out this mess I don't have time to drive up and down wasting time and petrol to have this sorted out...what do you pay licence and registration then...I feel as if I am driving A vehicle that has not being checked or inspected by bmw...how do I know if its safe..if anything goes wrong I will hold bmw fully responsible...not to mention I am still awaiting my spare key for the vehicle which was suppose to be delivered to my office on Monday
