Gross service

I bought a car from Auric in April 2021. Service is not top of their priority list to clients. The used car sales manager is egotistical if note, an all that management does side with their staff, despite the client telling them what issues is when test driving. Poor customer relations, even the sales people forget what they tell you telephonically. Be aware. BMW brand speaks for itself, but the people behind it, doesn't make the drama wort it
