It is funny how *******ion can happen under your roof without knowing and taking responsibility. Ok I took my vehicle to this people they worked on it under mechanical warranty administered by Colin Abraham and Brent Herman claiming to have done amazing job, only to find out that the vehicle still leaking oil. I complained about poor workmanship I was told to pay diagnostic and sign papers even if I didn’t pay for it. Well they gave me another quotation that I must pay to repair the car funny enough they even wrote on the quotation that there are signs of previous engine overhaul, then I called in and spoke to Hayden Jones to understand why must I pay if I am complaining about poor workmanship, he tells me there were loose bolts and nuts on the car and do not take responsibility for that. Unfortunately this people who administered my claim: manager(Brent Herman)has died and the other one was fired or does not work there. But the company still has records and the previous contractor that did this dirty work for auric auto is no longer working there, it is under new management Mark Thomas who denies working on my car and he took some of the pictures of the previous engine work as evidence. I opened the engine and found horrible things silicone glue has been used as a stopper, parts that were claimed to have been changed we’re never changed. And still to this date they never called me after earlier this year I called in and the workshop supervisor told me they will review the Jobcards and come back to me. Because Mark was still on leave, Who can advise me to expose this *****, guys open your eyes. verify any work that was done on your car if you not happy complain and never let it go until you find peace.
