What a let down BMW assist!!!

I am a mother of 3 toddlers, and my second born is turning 2 years today. The plan was to celebrate the 2 years the Lord has given us with her as a family with our picnic baskets at a park BUT my left rear tyre is flat , tried to inflate the tyre and it didn't work as puncture is really bad ( the car is not drivable) called road assist when I saw that my safety was compromised....guess what? No assistant offered... They tell me to wait for Monday? Basically I am on house arrest by BMW!!!! What nonsense is this?...we tirelessly build these 2018 X3 models in our plant to ensure that we deliver quality cars to our customers and on time!!!and this is how you treat them!!!! It's a shame....
