Peaceful, comfortable and stress free

Just an awesome experience when you need help the most. I was stuck in Prince Albert (in the sticks) with 2 severely damaged tires on Easter Sunday My Insurance company was unable to help until the next day so I called BMW Connect/Assist who deployed a flatbed and transport for the whole family . They arrived within 4 hours and transported vehicle and whole family with bicycle to Worcester (vehicle stored at BMW premises) arriving at 19h20 at night with and onward transit for the family to Stellenbosch in a very comfortable BMW X3. I am extremely impressed as to how they managed to resolve the issue on such a busy week-end and from such an out-of-the-way town without breaking a sweat. Well done BMW!!
