Pathetic assistance from BMW ON CALL

On Sunday the 17th I was stuck on the R23 just outside standerton with a punctured tyre. Firstly , finding the BMW ON CALL contact details was near impossible till I requested them from a friend. I spoke to Wezile who would source a loan tyre then revert which she did , and estimated that the technician would reach us in 2 hours given the distance. We waited 2h35 minutes before the technician reached us and at no point did she ask us about our safety nor update us... in fact , I had to call her 2 times and be told she is busy without my call being returned. In my last interaction with her , she blatantly **** and told me my phone isn't going through. The loan tyre I received hardly had any treads and it wasn't even the correct size. I told the technician I need the type to be sent to BMW Sandton and two days later , no one seems to know where my tyre is and when I call the call center I'm told to call tomorrow!!!! Absolutely pathetic ????
